Users will see a progress bar known as the LINK progress once they have picked a character. This will display the number of points needed to unlock and claim that particular character. Typically, 13,500 LINK progress points are needed to access these characters.
A user may earn a maximum of 2,000 LINK points per day by combining the two methods of earning points: playing Free Fire matches (1500 LINK points) and trading gold (500 LINK points).
One thing to keep in mind is that the number of gold required to claim 100 LINK points will increase after each draw,
- 100 points – 200 gold (first draw)
- 100 points – 400 gold (second draw)
- 100 points – 600 gold (third draw)
- 100 points – 1000 gold (fourth draw)
- 100 points – 1500 gold (fifth draw)
This indicates that in order to obtain 500 LINK points, 3700 gold must be spent daily. It will take the user one week or seven days to unlock one Free Fire character since they are collecting 2000 LINK points per day.
